we belong is a project dedicated to fostering inclusion for Two-Spirit, trans, non-binary, and gender diverse people in everyday spaces that many folks take for granted. Led by Trans Manitoba, this initiative focuses on empowering local organizations to better support trans individuals as employees and community members.

The we belong toolkit is a trans-led resource, created by and for trans people, because we are the subject matter experts in our own lives. Developed with input from several dozen Two Spirit, trans, and gender diverse individuals, the toolkit is shaped by two advisory councils, representing both employee and community perspectives.
