  • 10 Higgins Ave is part of a mixed-use area with commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Sidewalks along Higgins Ave are generally present but may have uneven surfaces in older sections. Crosswalks are available at major intersections.
  • This location has two gender-neutral washrooms; however, they are small in size and may be difficult to navigate with walkers or wheelchairs
  • The front entrance features an elevator lift alongside a concrete staircase (five steps with railing). The emergency exit at the rear is only accessible via five wooden stairs with railing (no ramp or lift.)

  • Use the Winnipeg Transit app or Google Maps for schedules due to upcoming route changes.

The on-site parking lot in front of the building is made of gravel with no curb cuts. At least one designated accessible parking priority spot located right in front of the building entrance for convenient access.
